Define the purpose before the feature list. Make the language, structure, and interactions work together. Keep narrowing until the essential idea is easy to explain.

Give the underlying software the same attention as the visible experience. Choose dependable, maintainable foundations. Treat speed, accessibility, and clarity as part of the product.

A product should have room to improve. Learn from how it is used, question what is no longer helpful, and make considered changes over time.
